2. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and ChatSpire, doing business as ChatSpire (“ChatSpire”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://chatspire.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions, including the User Agreement posted on the Site, which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

You are prohibited from using our Services to:

• Distribute malicious software
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services
7. Fees and Payment
We accept the following forms of payment:

- Mastercard
You may be required to purchase or pay a fee to access some of our services.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information for all purchases made via the Site.
We bill through an online billing account for purchases made via the Site.
Sales tax may be added where required.
All payments shall be in INR/USD.
If your purchase is subject to recurring charges, you consent to recurring billing until cancellation.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and refuse any order placed through the Site.
8. FREE Forever Plan
We offer a FREE forever plan to each user who registers with the site. Users who sign up will automatically receive the FREE plan, where their accounts remain active without charges unless upgraded.
9. FREE Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial to new users.
The account will not be charged, and after the trial ends, the account will revert back to the FREE forever plan unless upgraded.
10. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account or contacting us.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

You may submit content such as text, images, or videos to our Services.
By submitting User Content, you grant ChatSpire a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content in connection with our Services.
You retain ownership of your content.

All intellectual property rights in our Services including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks are owned by ChatSpire or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services.
You may not copy or distribute our Services without written permission.
13. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
• Collect data from the Site without permission
• Attempt to access other user accounts
• Circumvent security systems
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Use automated bots or scraping tools
• Reverse engineer the platform
• Use the Site for competing services
• Create fake accounts
• Send unsolicited spam messages
Any misuse of the platform may result in suspension or termination.
14. Mobile Application License
If you access ChatSpire via a mobile app, we grant you a limited license to use the application.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer the app
- Modify the application
- Use it for competing products
- Send automated spam using the app
Apple and Android Devices
When accessing ChatSpire through Apple App Store or Google Play:
- The license is non-transferable
- App distributors are not responsible for support
- App distributors may refund purchases if applicable
- You must comply with their terms
App distributors are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.
15. Social Media
You may link your account with third-party accounts such as social media platforms.
By doing so, ChatSpire may access certain information like:
- profile information
- contact lists
- social media content
Your relationship with third-party providers is governed by their policies.
